55 Twins-Pirates. Care For A Few Stats ?

THE GAME

23 Runs
20 Hits
15 Walks
2 HBP
7 Ks
8 Pitchers
273 Pitches
1 Softball Team

The above are combined numbers for both teams added together. Jimmy Jazz got hit twice in the game. The second time definitely had to hurt and will leave a mark Im sorry to say. Both teams used 4 pitchers. John Haff hit a tremendous triple to right center and Dominic Carnibucci, Greg Allen, and Rick Knipper had two hits each for the Pirates. Pirates had a total of 11 hits. Rodney Smith had two long doubles and Steve RYCHCIK 2 singles for the Twins who had nine hits total. Pirates pitchers walked nine Twins while Twins pitchers walked six Pirates. There were three errors in the game, all by the Twins. Final score Twins 14 Pirates 9. One of the Pirates players coaches a teen girls softball team and they were there in force cheering on their coach and the Pirates during the game. It was a lively night at beautiful Watervliet High School. And sweaty. Bring it on !

There may have been a guy who came out for the bottom of the 6th and twirled the only 1-2-3 inning of the nite - lol!

That is correct. Jim Dalton got us 1-2-3 in the only inning we saw him to close out the pitching duties for the Pirates.
