Meadowdale Farm Winery tasting room is located at 32 Fryer Lane, Altamont, NY 12009. It is just a few miles from the Swift Road Town Park and Voorheesville High School fields, just off NYS Route 156, between Indian Ladder Farm and the Altamont Fairgrounds. It was built in a renovated, historic 1740s Dutch barn that looks out upon the stunning waterfalls and cliffs of John Boyd Thacher State Park. You can stay and enjoy a glass or two of any of our wines and relax in the courtyard.
Meadowdale was licensed in 2016. Since then, we have won seven medals in international wine competitions, including two just last week at the New York Wine Classic in Watkins Glen. With eight excellent wines in stock, we have something for every taste. Our Ice Cider is a gold medal winner. Even non-wine drinkers like that one. Our dry white has taken silver. Our new reds range from light and fruity to full bodied and oaky with notes of dark cherry and black licorice.
