Well if I told my local CDMSBL guys that our 50+ team finally woke up at the plate and scored 8 runs with Pat Alston and Jim Bonaparte both going 3 for 4 both with doubles, Jimmy Tesoriero and Mark Sullivan both going 2 for 4, Timmy Burns going 2 for 3, and the team scattering 17 hits..... you would think we won. Unfortunately we went through 5 pitchers and the team made errors in the double figures. Montgomery Cty Yankees 18, Albany Caps 8.
Tomorrow we face the Puerto Rico Royals at 9:30. We are due to put the offense and defense together in the same game.
