Sorry, Mike, but Whiz Kids got the luck on this night. Several very good Yankees were unable to attend, and the WK squeaked out a 9-7 victory.

We'll take it!

Love the Yankees, terrific team, always plays hard, never any nonsense.

It was more a "I want to play the Yankees in the next round of top 5 plays each other, and they needed a win to help with that," kind of good luck, Ray.
I knew that you guys would make it to the top 5 win or lose.
We like playing the best teams available, and believe that the Yanks are one of those teams, when they have all of their guys.
We weren't rooting against the Whiz Kids, for any reason.
I was worried that you guys might misunderstand my "good luck, Ray" comment.

You're welcome, if that comment provided any motivation.
