A good week for baseball as the weather has turned in our favor and The Wolfpack won a pair 10-3 0ver the Yankees and 12-0l last night against the Warriors.
The Yankee game Tues was a closer game than the score as They were up 3-1 going into the bottom of 4 when we scored 5 to take the lead and pulled away to the 10-3 final. Leo Primeau started and went 4 , but left with Back spasms , and Jami Burnetter got the win tossing 2 scoreless, and John (Drago) Gawinski made his 33 pitching debut throwing a scoreless 7th to end the game. Fernando hit a 2 run Bomb, Q 2 singles and Nick Matthews double and single to lead the way. Lex has some new players which will help as his team is always a tough game.
Game 2 last night, we sent Eric Jazy Joyce to the bump and he threw 4 scoreless for the W and BJ threw 2 scoreless to finish up. Will and Fernando and John Gawinski led the way offensively each with a couple hits as the 345 hitters. Chads team always fights to the end, and he has some new guys as well to help. Looks like a good year in the 33.
