Well today we played a team that was undefeated in round robin play last year the Sacramento Royals. Jimmy Tesoriero was on the mound and was fantastic. He pitched 7 innings and with some unfortunate miscues he still held this Sacramento team to 5 runs. Jimmy Preller did the closing job and held them to those 5 runs. Our bats finally started to wake up with Donny Ball (dbl and single) , Jim Tesoriero (double) and singles from Tim Burns, Mike Surin, Mike Kocienski and Mark Sullivan ( Colorado MSBL). Unfortunately our 3 run rally inning wasnt enough and we lost 5-3. The team played well today. Tomorrow we face the DC Mustangs with some local Albany boys.
