Our baseball league has been great participating in our golf tournament fundraiser over the past couple years. Bob Noto, Mark Marshall, Mike Suchy, Bill Kervan and Lex Herrlett all competed last year.
Our girls basketball program is hosting a 4 person best ball golf tournament fundraiser on Sunday, October 1 at Fox Run Golf Course in Johnstown. We are raising $$ to help us purchase a Dr. Dish Shooting machine.
Tournament details:
Breakfast 8:30-9:20
Shotgun start at 9:30
Lunch follows
Only $80 per person, includes 18 holes, cart, breakfast and lunch.
Numerous competitions (longest drive, closes to the hole, double your $$ etc.) will take place and we will have a Chinese auction on some great baskets our parents are putting together. Last year, we had some great alcohol baskets our golfers won.
We had over 30 hole sponsorships last year. After the event, we had our girls sign the sponsorship signs and we gave them back to the businesses. We also promoted that business in our programs handed out at all of our home games (14 games). Hole sponsors are only $100.
