The Whiz scored 6 runs in the decisive 4th inning, when Greg Mangione and Preller each had 2 RBI. 7 different players scored for the Whiz, with Kane and Mangione scoring twice. Gene Smith led the Americans with 2 hits.
The Whiz Kids move on to face the Marlins in the best of 3 semis, starting Thursday night at New Scotland.
