The Whiz Kids defeated the Cards 10-3 Wednesday night at Watervliet high school. Greg Mangione (2-3, 2 r) and Brian Musella (2-4, 2 RBI) led the offense, while Jim Preller (5-0) picked up the victory. For the Cards, Bob Yakatan, Don Ball, and Tom Maney had 2 hits each. Good luck to manager Jerry Hawkins and the rest of the Cards in next week's playoffs.
