I found that GameChanger actually does some fascinating default recaps. I'll post what GameChanger said about the game:

------

The Black Bears and Yankees played a tight game, but the Yankees pulled out the 17-10 victory on Thursday. The game was tied at nine with the Yankees batting in the top of the fifth when there was an error scoring one run.

The Black Bears collected 14 hits and the Yankees had 15 in the high-scoring affair

The Yankees took an early lead in the first inning. Bob Altobelli drove in one when he doubled in the first inning.

In the top of the fourth inning, the Yankees tied things up at nine. A wild pitch by Kyle Cetnar scored a run for the Yankees.

The Yankees scored six runs in the sixth inning to put the game away. The Yankees' big inning was driven by an error, a single by Jim Keegan, a single by Matt Casso and a single by Ray Molina Jr.

Lex Herrlett earned the win for the Yankees. He tossed three innings surrendering one run, four hits, striking out three, and walking zero. Cetnar took the loss for the Bears. He went three innings giving up eight runs (two earned), five hits and striking out four.

Bryan Rounds started the game for the Black Bears; he went three innings allowing nine runs, nine hits and striking out two.

Darren Foote, Sherwin So and Rob Bialkowski each collected multiple hits for the Bears - and Bialkowski led the Bears with two RBIs going 2-for-4 on the day.

Molina Jr., Herrlett, Scott Kirkorian, Altobelli and Eric Duemler each collected multiple hits for the Yankees.

It's kinda neat to see the recaps on GameChanger. I really recommend everyone get on it. Much better than keeping the book by hand.

Thanks to Lex and his Yankees for enduring a long game. The Black Bears need to try and rebound quick as we have a game with the much improved Dirtbags on Monday.
