BOD Meeting Highlights from 4/6/17

The Board of Directors met on the 6th at the Albany Rail Yard. Here are the high points of the meeting
45+ Division rules that were approved.
To get credit for a game played, a player must play or be at the game.
Playoff eligibility is now 7 games played
A team can borrow up to two players only. More than two is not allowed and will be a forfeit regardless of what the opposing team says.
If the team borrowing uses a player from the opposing team, that player gets playoff credit for that game.
A team is allowed to borrow up to four games without penalty. On the fifth borrowed game, a forfeit fee is applied. Standard fee rules apply
A certified borrow player list is suggested to be established for players to be automatically vested for approval
Teams are required to send their attendance to the Commissioner, the Website Administrator and the opposing team to verify attendance. This should be done in a timely manner, no more than two weeks after the game. Failure to do this will risk a players playoff eligibility. Within the last two weeks of the season the attendance is due the Wednesday before the playoffs begin.
