Team RAKE is recruiting players for the 2017 season. We have a small group of core guys who are good ballplayers (and good guys) and have played on championship teams - we're looking to add competitive players (and good guys) who know the game, play hard, keep their mouths in check and understand the concept of what a TEAM is.

TEAM in this context means:
1)"Whatever you need, coach - anything to help the team. Yes, I can help with the tarps after the game's over" (loud applause) !!!

NOT (below)

2)" WTF, I'm better than that motherf****r..........I was an All-star in Little League - the trophy's in my car - I'll show it to you" (sad face.......loud internal boos)

So yea - those are two totally different types of mindsets!!! Quick Recap: Option 1)........ good. Option 2) ..........the opposite of good!
