through some people i met, i just learned of a new indoor sports complex that's opened north of saratoga near wilton, called the the saratoga sports complex. i said i'd pass on the word.
the facility offers space with cages and machines for hardball and softball.
the complex is concentrating on softball instruction now, which would be especially good for any guys whose daughters play softball. it plans to expand to baseball instruction soon.
for players who live up north, the place should be a refuge for winter workouts.
