finally Glad baseball is here and we are playing and not just watching on tv. First off hats off to Barry, his dirt bags are going to be a formidable opponent throughout the year. I do believe it was a 1-1 game till the 7 inning, he added some good arms and as you can see by the score they can deal. The yankees did break things open in the top of the 7th plating 5 runs, and the final score was 6-1. A beautiful night for baseball at shuttle worth field ( the mound could use some work in the pitchers landing area) for the yankees Dale Smith 1hit, 3 ks over 3 innings Dennis Eacott 6 ks 1 bb over 3 innings , Good luck to Barry and his squad the rest of the year. A class act team.
Well played game by both teams into the 7th and a hell of a lot of fun. I will second Lex on the landing area for pitchers though.
It was great being out there again and the Yankees have some arms for sure. Oh yeah, they play solid defense too. Lex did a nice job adding to his team.
