My company is looking to hire someone who has the physical strengths to work on warehouse related projects and who has office skills necessary for data entry and document scanning projects. Actually we may have to hire two individuals!
Adirondack stores and manages paper, business and medical records for clients in the Capital Region. The warehouse duties associated with our services include lifting and placing record cartons that weigh between 20 and 40 pounds. We also perform record packing and pick up services at our clients' office locations. In addition to the lifting requirements, a successful candidate would possess good math and English aptitude.
The office/clerical duties would include the data entry of carton information into our computer system. Accuracy and speed matter. We have also seen an increase in our document scanning services that are performed in our office. The office assignment would also include receiving and processing telephone service requests from our clients.
Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The starting pay for these positions would be commensurate with the applicant's work experience.
