Steve I see one problem with drafting each year as you have suggested. There are only so many pitchers and especially so many catchers in the 55 Division to go around. Drafting every year would be a nightmare trying to fill your positions. Just my opinion here but I am always open to new ideas.
I don't support the draft system - I was showing the draft system in the extreme. I just threw it out there.................Just recapturing uniforms alone would be a nightmare!
