The Cyclones may still be searching for their first win in 2015, but for the second time in as many weeks, they gave the Blue Jays all that we wanted and more. Today's rematch, at C Diamond in Schenectady, and on a very warm Sunday morning, came down to the seventh inning. Three times before then the Jays had taken the lead, only to see the Cyclones pull even. But in the seventh, the Jays added 3 runs and, though the first two 'Clones in the bottom half reached base, the Jays stranded them to earn the 7-4 win.
Don Shultis and Dave Hartman threw effectively for the Cyclones, while pitchers John Weber and Rich Garbarino kept the Blue Jays in the game.
