My company has an opening in our business record storage warehouse. This is a full-time, permanent position and the hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The job requires a lot of lifting of cartons that weigh approximately 25 pounds. We are currently in the process of picking up 25,000 cartons which translates to lifting and placing nearly 400 cartons every day from now until the middle of February. A basic understanding of numerical and alphabetic filing is also helpful. The starting pay is $11.00/hour.
We have had the sons of several players from our league work for my company - and two who are still with us - with mutually beneficial results. In some cases, my company has provided a good starting position for young men looking for steady employment. In other cases we have provided a bridge between high school/college and pursuing continued education.
