Mr. Jensen asked me to endorse his effort to raise funds and I do enthusiastically. Please help Q anyway you can. I think it's a great way to give back to the game and our community . I am proud to have our league and its many generous players and families behind such a worthy cause. Lets out do what we did last year and raise $5,000 for Q and Green Tech baseball Kids. Last year CDMSBL members graciously supported Green Tech Baseball with cash and some equipment. For the 1st time the school fielded and competed in Varsity Baseball with an eager and talented team which I recruited and coached. As you can imagine its great to see kids enjoy the game you love. While others schools are totally supported, Green Tech is not. Families in the school do not have the resources to apply to this activity. Therefore kids would otherwise not get a chance to play and learn life thru the game of baseball. As you know the varsity team was fielded thru a tryout and I had to turn down many potential athletes who wanted to play baseball but could not as I couldn't keep more then 16. This year I want to continue that effort and field a JV team so those wanting to play don't have to be turned away. I need your help once again. We need cash but could also use any equipment, used or new, that you'd like to donate.
