Opening day in the 33 division had the Indians vs Rays in which turned into a beautiful night for baseball @ Schenectady bar Ruth on a day calling for 80% chance of rain. It was a pitchers duel for 4 inning between Greg Witalec of the Indians and Jeff Streeter of the rays. wit had a no no into the 4th when Jeff Jeanette broke it up. Wit finished with 6 scoreless innings and Chris Mason pitched the 7th to combine on a 7-0 win. On offense Eric Joyce 2 -3 Jami Burnetter long double Nick Matthews RBI single. Matt hunt triple run scored BJ single and Will Horan a long HR. Great game and Mario's Rays are a tough team and will go along way. Next up for Indians is the Bears on fri at Bob Moore.
