Anyone who Knows Darnell Baker, he plays on my 35 Yankees team for the past several years, lost his wife on Thursday after a long sickness. Darnell, you and your family will be in our prayers. My family and I, your teammates will be there for you in anyway we can. A service will be held on Monday at New Comer cannon funeral home on 343 New Karner rd in Colonie calling hours 4-7 with a service to follow. "Friends are the pillars on your porch. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them, and sometimes it's just enough to know that they are standing by"

Just went on the website after about 10 days to find out about your loss Darnell. May she rest in peace and you and your family take comfort in knowing she is now in the Lord's hands. My deepest sympathy.
