Ok, let me be perfectly clear... If ANYONE says the league had EVER offered to give me or either of my teams a "reduced fee" because of ANY reason, they are a lying "you-know-what"... Anyone perpetuating such rumors is a lying "you-know-what."
Equally as much bs is being spread about me offering to "bribe" players to play with me... So let's be crystal clear on that topic too... I haven't truly "recruited" even a single person, much less offered to pay anyone's personal league fees... I mean hell, if you are 45 years old and don't have $150-175 measly dollars to pay for your own personal recreation, you prolly outta be working Sunday's instead of playing baseball anyways... Besides, even IF I did (which again, I have NOT), offer to pay EVERYONE'S league fees, so f-in what! It's MY money and I can do with it as I damn well please, so go yourself twice ~ once for being a lying "POS" and once more for being so stupid about it...
Guys who have any brains (and eyeballs for that matter) just know the obvious in that the Giants are the very deserving Champions and were not going to be beaten by any of the existing teams in the 45's. And we are making a full collective attempt to change that, all within the rules we were ALL given to play by. It really is as simple as that... And just for the record as well, the Yankees were given MORE then just ample opportunity to be that team and not only stay together, but add what we lacked... However, they chose a different philosophical approach which became untenable on a myriad of levels, but most importantly with winning it all... And quite frankly, there is no honor in finishing even a very close second. Again.
And if you can't understand those basic facts, that's prolly part and parcel of why the guys didn't stay with you or come knocking at your door... They are each winners who want to win as again, it really is that simple... I mean seriously, at the end of the day are you gonna punish guys for wanting to win and going to where they have the best opportunity to do so? I sure hope the select few who are promoting this idea do not get their own selfish ways simply because they can't get it done and I like to think the league as a whole is above that, but we shall certainly see soon enough I guess...
So while anyone can say anything they so choose, these are the actual facts. And if anyone says differently, they are lying to you and either just plain stupid or making up stories to suit their own belief systems, nothing more... Believe what you will...

P.S.-if you pay my league fee, I will think about pitching for you. That is if you wanna really win the 45division. There is no team in that division that can beat me,and I mean NO TEAM. Not on there best day. The 35 division is lucky I'm a busy man or id hammer that division too. Gotta go mow the lawn. Can somebody gimme a boost up onto the seat?
