This is it! Dont Miss it!!! The rubber game of the 3 regular season meetings between the Dodgers (8-1) and the Cubs (11-1) in the 35+ division (the two teams split the previous two games). Neither team has lost a game to any other team than tonight's opponent. These games are always tight, hard-fought, well-played games, that are almost as fun to watch as they are to play in! ALMOST! If you are not committed elsewhere tonight, stop by and catch what should be a great ball game. The game starts at 5:45 pm, at Bob Moore field in Scotia (across the street from Jumpin' Jacks). Come down and get a fish fry or a slider at JJ's, and come to the ball park and catch a great game. You will be home in time for the MLB All-Star Game.

Yep, yep ~ I might make it over as I'd definitely like to see it...
Not positive, but someone told me the Dodgers lost to the Pirates a week or 2 back, it just isn't listed in the standings and/or on the website as yet.
Doesn't really matter though because if they beat you it's both teams with 2 losses and they'd have the tie-breaker having beat you 2 of 3...
On the other hand however, if you guys take it, you'd have a 2 game lead PLUS the tie-breaker and basically lock the #1 seed up ~ barring a complete collapse in the last couple weeks...
Good Luck to both teams and hopefully I can get over and catch the game ~ but either way, I'm sure you'll give us a write-up!
