First off lets give thanks to Don Wixon, who was awesome again this year, John Reel for doing the Umpiring while being questioned on balls and strikes by my 15 year old son catching haha and Tom and his wife and Jim K and all others who helped make this day a big success! The game had Don nominate the 2 managers myself and John Corrigan. Don split up the teams and it was time to play ball. I dont have the book in front of me but it was pretty close for the first 6- 5-4 johsn squad in the 7th 7-5 my squad, then the sleeping Giant was awoke and we put 9 runs on the board making the score 16 to 7 Johns team came back a couple runs in the last inning to make it 16-9. I as a father had a blast playing with my son and my nephew, as well as the sons and fathers of all the other guys! . We all smiled, we all laughed, and we all celebrated whether on the winning side or losing side we all had fun & played the game of baseball
