Hooah! Awesome and congrats indeed... This just made my day and I appreciate you posting the good news Pete... Heck, makes me tingly all over not just for the two of them and I think it's extra cool they get to go in together, but I'm proud to just be a member of the CDMSBL right about now as the living, voting members of the Hall obviously know exactly what they are doing are should be commended...
All is now right in the baseball world around here for me and this should be a great way to kick the season off seeing these great baseball guys get inducted at the banquet ~ awesome! When and where is it btw, do we know yet? Can't wait to hear their speeches as they are also 2 of the funniest guys in the league... Damn this is a good day!
Your enthusiasm and respect for your teamates is awesome. I think along with John and Don's list of accomplishments, they were tremendously helped by your support early on in this process. Nominators take note, many talented players were discussed, but guys like Marcus, are difference makers in drawing from a very talented group.
Congrats to two very deserving gentlemen! Both have toiled many years to make this league a better place for all, and are being recognized by their peers for those contributions as much as their abilities on the field. We all have benefitted from their efforts over the years and should be present on their special night to say thanks!
well chosen, well earned, don and john. i can't count on four hands the number of times i've seen both guys doing things for the league, from running teams, helping set up tournaments, sitting on boards, umpiring, it goes on and on. then each plays impressively on the field. to top it off, they have senses of humor. the league is lucky to have them.
here's to many more years for them and for us.

Nice to see two Yankees get into the HOF. Congrats to both Donnie and John. They have been two of the best team mates you can have. It is an honor to play beside these two individuals. The HOF committee made a great choice with these two.
