Happy New Year! I hope that everyone had a restful and enjoyable holiday season. I wanted to get this e-mail out to everyone to confirm that our meeting will be on Thursday, January 24th at 7:00PM at Elm Avenue Town Park in Delmar in the Administration building. (Building located next to Field #5 where the 35 Pirates play and where we held games during the first round of our 45s playoffs this past fall). We have some very important divisional business to discuss including but potentially not limited to:
1) 2013 Team Fees
2) Possible Expansion to a 12th team (subject to Board approval)
a. Impact on regular season schedule
b. Possible format change for the playoffs
3) Discussion of requested rule changes (At this point I have received no requests)
4) Field Availability/Fund Balance Use For Improvements
5) Player Draft/Recruiting for those new to the area and those aging up to the 45 Division
