a team made up of some albany cdmsbl players made it to the finals against the 2 time defending champions TEAM NEW ERA, well they are 3 time champions now but we put up a fight against a great hitting and fielding team. Yankees :Lex herrlett, tito lopez, eric duemler, and JJJ, Padres: hank mora, Rays Jimmy Becker who pithced 12 innings today, a few guys from Mass, team manager Heath Zimilka from New jersey who put together the squad, with some guys from Roys hobbs rich, sean, andy, we ended up 2-2 over the weekend, lost in the finals 11-4 but had the lead for the first 4 innings. Tommy did a great job organizing and unfortunately had to give the trophy to an out of area team again! haha. Next year maybe we can put together a team of guys from all the teams in our league and have good representation of the albany area and bring the trophy back home
