In a bit of a nostalgic moment Dave Reed pitched the top of the 5th to catcher Henry Field. All 3 of us played Babe Ruth together and 36 or so years ago Dave pitched to Henry .... it's something to think that we are all playing ball again together.
Kisselburgh goes 4 innings allowing 5 or so hits. The Cougars had two hits from Kosek, a long long long triple by Gannon a single from Moffre and i believe a second single by Gannon.
The Dodgers had two hits from Bonaparte, Field, Moreno, Kanellis, Hicks and Reed along with 4 RBI by Reed, 3 RBI by Kanellis and 2 RBI from Moreno. Along with a solid offense we played errorless defense.
Dodgers move to 8-3 and face the Shaskys next Sunday.
