Steve Lounello's mother passed away Thursday night.

Details of the viewing and funeral will be posted in the Times Union and its online site.

Knowing the type of person Steve is, I'm sure his mom left a legacy in which her family and friends are very proud.

My condolences to Steve and his family. I'm sure I speak for everyone whan I say your CDMSBL family of players, administrators and umpires are here for you.

May she rest in peace.
