My idea was to retain the remaining 9 or 10 Thunder players and then fill in the missing pieces. I do not have the wherewithall to rebuild the team from scratch. Unfortunately my effort didn't work. You can wait for something more official if you would like but there are former Thunder players looking for a new team.
