Teddy Poleto is managing a Cali team in Arizona at the MSBL World Series. The Angels went 6-0 in round robin, and have a first round bye in the playoffs.
They play their first playoff game this afternoon.

Went 7-0 walked thru the playoffs after the bye and set up in the semi finals with both our aces rested from Monday...Ready to play the Houston Baseball Club and hopefully the final to follow...
as things developed we had rain on friday night leaving the ballpark at the salt river stadium which by the way is incredible...Rain stopped about 6 am and cleared... I am in my NY state of mind and said its all good we are playing...We get to the field and the field is under water so i said where is the grounds crew...no staffing! So i said we will fix it like we did in the Labor Day tourney!! no problem... the answer was no you play at the Hohokam Stadium at noon for 3 innings.. Long story short we argue and i lose it with the tourney director and we lose 2-0 go home after being the number 1 seed .... scored the most gave up the second least or something and we let off the gas all week... so we lose and thats baseball..3 innings is not a game in any circle... I appreciate the props Mane and Lori...thanks...Miss you guys!!!

Sorry to hear of your "experience" but like you said "that's baseball".....and i know you don't want to hear it, but i'm gonna say it anyways....."there is always next year....., but I was looking forward to seeing that ring on your thumb:) but next year is just around the corner!
