CDMSBL Equipment Drive Part II

Gentlemen,

As you may know the CDMSBL is having an equipment drive this season. We will be collecting any used (or new) equipment that will be donated to underprivileged youth groups. We are accepting pretty much any baseball related equipment. I did not mention uniforms in my previous post but have checked and uniforms are also welcome. I will be collecting for the 45 and 55 divisions and Lex Herrlett has agreed to help out with the 33 division. You may also drop off items directly at Frozen Ropes, 3 Interstate Ave. in Albany. They have been gracious enough to volunteer their facility to warehouse the donations and we thank them for that. Frozen Ropes co-owner and recent CDMSBL HOF inductee Quentin Jensen (Q to most of us) works closely with inner city and underprivileged kids and will disperse the equipment to the most deserving groups. The early response has been excellent and I thank you in advance for your generosity.

I have a bag full of batting helmets, and catcher's equipment to drop off.
I will get it down to Frozen Ropes sometime this upcoming week.
Thanks for the reminder.
My 57 year old brain had forgotten about this already.
