Final was 14-2 in favor of the Giants. The brand new homerun fence came into play as the Giants pounded the Cyclones 14-2 on Sunday morning at Watervliet. A combination of 1-hit pitching by Jim Johnston and four Giants dingers spelled doom for the Cyclones.
To the person who lives beyond the RF fence at Watervliet, Scott Steltz extends his apologies for having to make a claim on your homeowners insurance; but could you please return that baseball? It was the only hit with that ball and the Cyclones would like it back.
