Congrats to Giants moving into the finals for the 11th straight year. Yes, lost in 2008, won it in 2009, 2011, '13-'14-'15. Lost in '10 and '12 in the finals.
While it's a bit awkward for this guy, our Marlins led 4-2 entering the bottom of the 7th in Game 1 and were one throw away from leading the series. What followed was a bases-clearing double on a 3-2 pitch with two outs that cleared the bases. Giants pounced all over us in Game 2.
Nice accomplishment by the Fish, however, who were the 6-seed entering the playoffs and made it to the semis.
Giants-Bombers expected to be a thrilling series. Hope I get to watch some of it.
