I know we arent supposed to complain on here, so Ill try to just make some constructive criticism. Is there anything whatsoever we can do to avoid situations like what occurred last night at C diamond? We finally get a lucky break with the weather only to find the gates locked and the field not prepared to play. This is at least the fourth time this has happened to teams that Ive played on over the last couple years. 25 guys rushing to the field to get there on time, some from quite a distance, paying an umpire just to show up, and then heading back home disappointed.
All we need is a little better communication to avert these situations. Any suggestions? Please dont say Satellite!
