On a night when the rain came down hard I thought there was no chance to play our game at bob Moore. But the 6 o'clock game was playing so I was optimistic. Again hats off to Tracey for doing a great job with the field. Getting it ready for both games
Yankees pull out the win against the potent LEFTY filled lineup of the Padres , with some great pitching from dave smitherman, he held them to one run over 6 innings, Mike suchy closed it out and we won 6-2. Awesome bunch of guys on the Padres Show-biz (Bisner ) is doing a good job putting a team to compete week to week.
