The Platinum Marlins came away with a 6-5 win over the 55 Twins at C Diamond last night. Although the Twins out hit the Marlins 9-8, they committed 6 errors against 1 error for the Marlins. Girard picked up a complete game victory for the Marlins striking out 8 , walking 3 and hitting 2 batters. Stefan Koutsakis took a tough complete game loss allowing 2 earned runs and 1 walk. Mike Ruslander went 3 for 3 with a double and Koutsakis 2 for three for the Twins. McQuade had 2 hits for the Marlins.
