Well , I don't see it as an bold statement by any means. What was he supposed to say oh the bombers are going to lay down??? We are happy to be there and we are going to lose ?? I don't understand why you point Mark out for thinking his team was going to win , that's why they play the game. As defined in the braves Cubs series . And I think it worked out pretty well he actually took care of business , it was fun to watch and fun to be a part of . the Giants are incredible , offensively and defensively , and have been for YEARS, I have the up most respect for those guys. You get 2 teams like this it is a shame one has to lose. Congrats to the Giants again for being there. Even being up at 5-6-7 runs it still was unsettling till the last out
