The 18 Division Championship series begins tonight at beautiful Dutchmen Field in Guilderland. I was there last night and the field is in immaculate condition. They have also added a batting tunnel down the right field line, in addition to the clean/modern bathrooms, concession stand, and stadium seating behind home plate.
This year's matchup is perennial powerhouse Mohawk Taproom Black Sox and the Diamondbacks, who had previously been knocking on the finals door and kicked it in this year by ousting a tough Chatham Pirates club.
