Along with the 56+ Team Albany, CDMSBL will be represented at this year's Fall Classic in Clearwater, Florida, by the new look, new name Albany Capitals in the 45+ Division. Wearing new jerseys and hats featuring the blue and orange of the MLB NY Mets, this team, led by Mike Surin, includes Fall Classic veterans and rookies. The 15-man roster includes:

The Capitals start with a doubleheader on Monday, with game one in Bright House Stadium, the spring training stadium of the Philadelphia Phillies. The squad has games scheduled against teams from Delaware, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, and Virginia.
