Players - We have two nights scheduled this week for the extended season. Both nights will be held at Watervliet High School. BP at 5:00 with the games starting as close to 5:30 as possible. Cost per game is $5.00.
The Tuesday night game is aimed at players 44 and younger. Players in that age group have until noon on Monday to reserve one of the 22 spots. After noon on Monday I will make any remaining spots available to all players. If we do not have 20 players committed by 6:00 PM on Monday the Tuesday game will be cancelled.
The Thursday game is aimed at players 45 and older. Players in this age group have until noon on Tuesday to reserve one of the 22 spots. These games have been increasing in popularity but if any spots are still available after noon on Tuesday then they will be open to all players.
Interested players MUST e-mail me directly at dballjr@nycap.rr.com to reserve their spot. I will not accept reservations by a coach or manager or any other third party claiming they have "x" number of guys coming. in the first few weeks of these games, many of those "x" number of guys end up being no-shows.
We have been having a good group of guys playing in some very good games on Thursday nights. I hope these games will roll into a nice fall ball schedule of Saturday games beginning in mid-September. Let me know if you are interested and let's keep the momentum building. Thank you.
