Re-seeding

Now, how does this work?

The #1 seed Royals beat the #8 seed Warriors

The #2 seed Braves and the #7 seed Black Sox still have to play Wednesday night to decide their series

The #3 seed Blue Jays lost to the #6 seed Shaskys

The #4 seed Pirates lost to the #5 seed Yankees.

So how would re-seeding take place if the Braves win the Braves-Black Sox series, and how would re-seeding occur if the Black Sox win the Braves-Black Sox series?

Anybody know how re-seeding works?

At the managers' meeting earlier in the year, it was agreed that the playoffs were not to be reseeded.

The Royals are playing the Yankees in one series, the Shaskys are playing the winner of the Braves/Black Sox series.

Tony,
Where did you hear that the Braves play the Black Sox on Wednesday?
We havent gotten any word on when the game will be played. The Braves may not have a team on Wednesday and definitely not on Thursday. The game should be played ASAP, either Monday or Tuesday night.
