Will the 45+ division have two batting champions? One for the A-Division and another for the B-division? Seems fair. The B-division batters only faced the likes of Dunn, Massaroni, Ambridge, Solomon, Bolt, Kane, Burns, and the like, one time each. The A-Division batters had to face those pitchers 3 or 4 times each. That would certainly create an unlevel playing field for comparing stats.
Same for pitcher of the year and MVP. The A-Division was facing much stiffer competition in competition for all of these awards. What do we do about these awards? As the regular season ends, this seems like a good topic for discussion.

maybe a good way to do it is to have each coach from A's and B's vote on every other teams, a MVP and a Pitcher of the year , you vote for the teams that you played against. We do not vote for our own team and then tally up the vote getters from the opinions of the other coaches and whoever ends up with the most vote totals are you MVP and Pitcher of the year. This is close to the way they pick all stars for high school sports.
