Yankees vs Indians game 1

Last night at Rogowicz the Yankees took on the Indians and the Indians came out on top in 8 innings 5-4.
The Yankees showed why they are there and how hit they have been as they jumped on Greg Witalec for 3 in the top of the 1st.
We left a couple on in the bottom and scratched 1 across in the bottom of 2 we made it 3-3 in bottom of 3 and then the Yankees scored 1 in the 5th to go up 4-3 . Ed Powell was dealing for the Yankees . Bottom of the 5th Will Horan comes up and ties it with a booming shot to right. 4-4 till the 8th and Q walks runner steals second and 3rd also a intentional walk to Will sand Nick Matthews singles to right to win it. Witalec 6 in innings and Jason Rodrigues final 2 for the win. Again what a game the Yankees are tough. BJ 2-4 Q walk single HBP and Will the HR to lead the way and Jazzy single and Paulie single.
Should be a exciting game 2 tom@6 @ Rogowicz .

I tip my cap to the Yankees as they are not only a great bunch of guys but they are a really good team who came ready to play! I can now see why they won 14 of last 17 games. All 9 guys in the lineup were tough outs. They have good team speed, their pitchers throw strikes and they play fundamentally sound defense that's how they win ball games.

I look forward to Wednesdays game as its building to be another classic.

Definitely the INDIANS have one of the deepest lineups in the division. 1-10 tough hitters hitters and MORE HITTERS! their 4 5 6 hitters can be anyone's 1 2 3 hitters. The biggest difference i feel is Horan catching , yea he has a laser arm and will throw guys out taking 1 step off at 1st haha again not just for his arm BUT HE BLOCKS MORE BALLS IN THE DIRT than anyone!!! He is incredible! Hats off to the Indians for scraping their way back into the game and never quiting! A few things could have went the Yankees way to make a difference but it just wasn't our night see you guys soon
ps if someone picked up the ball that landed on Kuhn's infield that WILL hit over the fence please return it to Bones

Lex

Looking forward to the rest of the series
