Beautiful night for baseball last night at Rogowicz field for the anticipated rematch of the Indians and Dodgers and it was a classic. Jason Rodrigues and Joe Burns locked in a pitchers duel with the Indians coming out on top 3-2. The game was scoreless through 5 innings and the dodgers plates 2 in the bottom of the 6th. Defense was all around as Brian Sweeney caught a line drive in center and doubled the guy off at 1st with a perfect throw and Will Horan ended a Dodger rally by picking off the runner at 2nd with a perfect strike from the catchers box. Now the 7th Jami Burnetter leads off with a single and Quentin Jensen ties it with. 2 run homer and he also singled. With 1 out Sweeney beats out a infield single steals second and scored on Matthews single to left. Jami closes the 7th to get the win.
Great game by all with neither team deserving to lose!! Good luck to Dodgers
