Rays bats went cold in game 3 in a 7-0 loss to the Dodgers! Andy Sardella pitched a great game and hats off to the Dodgers who came up big tonight! That's what defending champions do!!! Good luck to Cubs and Dodgers in the finals!!!! Wish we were there and I will continue to effort to get the Rays team to the next level! So privileged to be in this league and still playing with a great group of men in the CDMSBL!!!
Hats off to the Rays on a great season. Injuries took their toll on your team this year and you guys fought through them to give the two time defending champs quite a scare. Hell, if a bounce here or there went differently in game one, then you might have swept them out of the playoffs in two straight. Great job Rays.
As for the Dodgers, what can you say, this team just knows how to win. Carlos was away this week on a work assignment, and Jim Shook and Jason Day jumped behind the dish! That's definitely thinking of the team before thinking of yourself, and that is what creates winning teams! Hats off to you guys, and I can't wait for Monday. Win or lose these games will be intense and a whole lot of fun for both teams!!! Looking forward to it!
