The Reds beat an undermanned Cyclones team 16-1 in a 5 inning game at New Scotland Tuesday night. Offensively, the Reds were led by Ron Collins, Alex Marin and Joe Burns, who had 3 hits apiece. Bob Davis and Chuck Handford combined for a 1 hitter, that being a 4th inning double by Lawston. Davis picked up the win, striking out 4 and walking 8. Yes thats right ......8., before being removed due to his pitch count approaching the 200 mark.
