On a night where it rained on the way to the game, was pouring in Albany and drizziling in scotia pretty much raining everywhere BUT ON SCHENECTADY BABE RUTH! Yanks square off against the Dodgers, Yanks lose 7-0 , DOdgers put 2 on the board early with a few errors by the yankees Shook was his NORMAL self even with his arm not at 100%, and Reyes hits a 2 run blast to break it open for the dodgers. Yankees threatened with bases loaded a couple times but couldnt get that productive hit! HITTING AND PITCHING WERE BOTH A MYSTERY all game !! BUT ON A SAD NOTE Dodger reliever Andy Sardella took liner off the ground and hit him in the face, OUR PRAYERS and thoughts are with Andy who is a great guy and loves the game of baseball! He went to the hospital immediately if anyone has any word on his condition please let us know thanks
Hey gang. I once again had my guardian angels protecting me as I've escaped with only a broken nose and an amazing shiner. No orbital fractures, and no nose displacement. In my 30 years of pitching I have never had this happen! And hopefully for the next 30 it never happens again! To my teammates....you guys are amazing. Thank you for all of the love.
