What a beautiful day for baseball last night at the Bob!! The Upstart Highlanders took on the 0-6 Reds who have been struggling to get in the win column. We jumped on the highlanders for 11 runs in the top of the 1st. They scored 3 in the bottom of the 1st and I was thinking here we go again, as we have blown a lead in 5 of our 6 losses. Not tonight the pitching settled in and the final score was 14-3. Very relieved, but the highlander are a good squad. See ya next time Mark!
Congrats Bones! Your team was way better than your 0-6 record. There are definitely no easy games in this division this year. It is more fun that it has been in years.
