Great turnout at satellite field... thanks to all!

We had a great turnout yesterday for the field work at the satellite field.

I won't mention names since i know i would leave a lot out but we had 30+- people working and were able to rebuild the mound, batters box and catching area, spread tons of infield mix and remove / lessen the lip around the infield.

Special thanks to John Reel, Scott Bonanno and Ed Deigel (sorry if i spelled it wrong Ed!) who led the way.

After hearing John Kalinski talk of a field day years ago where three people showed up it was refreshing to see so many people helping out!

I will mention one more (ok two) since they did double duty ..... Tom and Pam Smith worked at Bob Moore in the morning and then the Satellite field.

For someone who doesn't even play Pam does more work for our league than most players and deserves some recognition!

i am not sure brad

john said for the most part we were in good shape

i would text him or scott

we will be watering the field off and on this week but there are several of us who live close so we have it handled

Guys

The field looks great. I stopped by this morning expecting there to be a lot more to do, but you really killed it yesterday. Scott was there and we raked the infield and he was watering it down, which in this wind was an uphill battle.
